    We,, I took a few pictures from my wife's phone, and tried to upload directly from phone to website, but I kept getting an error saying the file was too large, even if I chose only one photo. I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff ,sorry.

    Email the pictures to yourself on your phone. I do this and it gives me the option to resize the pictures before I send. I resize to the smallest option. The file size goes down enough to post here.
