    They look like whitewall rings to me since they go right up to the edge of the bead. You can get them for around 70 bucks or so.

    As mentioned by Patrick, those full hubcaps were used on the C101 Jeepster Convertable (not Commando) in the late 1960's. They are fairly rare, and can be expensive if they are in good condition. The outer ring is polished stainless which dented easily, and the center "spokes" are cast white metal that often get corrosion pits or blisters under the chrome finish. And they are HEAVY!
    Variations of this same hubcap were used by other manufacturers back in the 1960's, including Chevrolet. These could be found in the 14" variation on Chevelles and Corvairs (Jeepster had 15"). I think some Chrysler Corp used them too.
