Does it go into all gears, when not running? Does it start in neutral with the clutch out? Does the shifter feel like it is shifting when not running? I am asking because if the shifter lever is out of the shift pattern inside the trans and it is in a gear it won't go to a different gear until it can move the gear that it is in to the neutral stage. The end of the shifter inside the trans may have slipped out of the grove it should be in and can't get back in. I hope this makes sense.

I'll place my bet on Ron's suggestion in post#10; clutch disc rusted to the flywheel/pressure plate. Organisc clutch linings have "fabric" content that absorbs moisture, either from high humidity or from wide temperature swings that cause condensation on metal parts (like the flywheel).
I start the vehicle and warm it up in neutral. You need to have the vehicle facing a direction to drive in, like down the street in a neighborhood. Once the engine is warmed, shut it off. Place the trans in 2nd or 3rd gear, push the clutch to the floor and hold it on the floor, turn the key to "start" and hang on. The vehicle should start and you will be driving under power, the clutch pedal still on the floor. Bring it up to about 20-25 mph, then floor it for a few seconds, then back off the throttle, then repeat several times until hopefully the clutch breaks loose. You are trying to make the vehicle buck pretty hard, to the point of skidding the rear tires.
Remember, if you need to stop, switch the key off and use the brakes hard, otherwise, the vehicle will keep driving, at least until the clutch breaks loose.
I have a car that does this periodiccally, so I'm used to it.

I can shift into any gear I want as long as the engine isn't running. It will not start in gear, but does lurch when i bump the starter regardless of clutch when in gear. Not sure where to go from here

Check under the vehicle to see if the clutch cable going in the side of the bellhousing moves in and out when someone pushes and releases the clutch pedal (engine not running). I still think clutch disc is rusted to the flywheel/pressure plate.

Would that keep it from shifting into forward gears with the engine running and cause the clutch to act as if not functioning when trying to start in gear?

Yes it will do exactly that.

So with not being able to break it loose with bumping the starter while in gear, whats the fix aside from tearing it apart?

Don’t know if I can jump in on here. But I have similar issues and (post in builds and fab Novak clutch) but I can shift into any gear but when engine running I can only shift into second or third but Won’t move. I also have a question and concern as well about my T90 I leak oil out of some sort of weeping holes in front of transmission as well as on TC brake, I assume I have to replace all the seals. Is this correct.

Get some one to tow you, in a low 4WD gear, and abuse it as suggested above?

Or roll it down hill until it starts, then ditto while driving it around. Pop it on-and-off the gas in low gear.

Ok. Will try that next week.

Re-read my post #22. Just bumping the started isn't likely to break a rusted disc free, but the torque of the engine, along with the weight of the vehicle does. Otherwise, you'll need to remove the trans/transfer case to get to the clutch.
