I picked up what looks like a brand new set of springs that were included in the latest parts jeep I bought.

Can anyone tell me if these are stock or lift and what years they would fit?

You can also take some measurements.

-Length, from center of spring eye to center of spring eye…straight across

    -Width

-Free arch: run a string between spring eyes and measure down to where the axle would sit.

A perfunctory search for part numbers reveals nothing. What is your parts Jeep year/model?

Those do not look like flat fender, or early, or intermediate CJ springs...too wide. All 75 and earlier springs are 1.75" wide (different lengths front and rear).

Yours look to be either late CJ or YJ springs assuming they are for a jeep...BUT you need to take measurements. People fit all sorts of different springs on Jeeps:

-YJ Springs are: 2.5" wide and 44.5" long both front and rear. Often with different spring rates front to rear.

-Late CJ (76-86) springs are: 2" wide front. 2.5" wide rear. Both are 44.5" long.

There will be slight variations in length due to spring rate, manufacturer differences, lift height etc..

How much lift you get will depend mostly on spring rate, free arch and vehicle weight. The most common aftermarket lift is probably 2.5".

Those appear to be late model Jeep CJ springs. 76-86 Jeep CJ. Stock height.

A quick look around shows a few stock replacements, all pretty close in dimensions.

Here is a link that verifies the front: Front Springs
