    Ah.... yesssssss
My first pickup was a single cab short bed Chevy with 5 speed and bench seat.
I always had trouble with the shifter in the 3-4 shift and 4-5 shift. When I would shift from 3-4 my hand would always accidentally slip off the shifter and collide with the female passenger..... when reaching for the shifter to shift from 4-5 I always had trouble finding the shifter and had to feel around to find it. :D
Most of the time the girls thought I was funny..... one time I got a sharp punch in the shoulder.

Well thanks to the replacement shifter I got from Wheelie, it now shifts better. Not good, but better.

Will that offer an opportunity to dial in your old shifter?

Is the cover in the attached photos what you are looking for?
It may be too modern for my project.

Can see your pics, but I just put on a new cover, so I don't need one.

    Thanks.
So if I offer it for sale, what is it worth?

Some of the conversation above brought back a memory or two. I learned to shift gears with my leg in the old Chevy I drove in high school when my hands were busy.
