    Possibly Scout 2 rally wheels, painted white instead of chrome? Still might not be those.
    The A1 looks pretty solid, but the “slave” dish on the right is filled in.

    Definitely not Scout wheels, or Mutt. I think they're OEM off of something, based on the small holes between the lug nuts that look like mounting for a center cap, but I don't know what.
