    JeepinWife2007 Hi, I'm Nick's Wife

Hey guys, I finally got my rig home.

It is a 1977 CJ 7 with a 304, turbo 400 and quadratrac t-case. It a "few" problems, but I'm going to con the hubby (endless expense) into fixin' it up real nice! R) It will need a frame because of rust in front of the rear springs. I will post pictures throughout the rebuilding process. Oh, and by the way its a Levi Edition Jeep.

    Check it out.

Until I successfully plowed the driveway of snow she thought the jeep was the worst thing I ever bought:rofl: Ohh well I earn the money so she'll just have to deal with it:twisted:

btw ordering new springs and shocks tonight:twisted:

Endless, you're a lucky man. While my girlfriend tolerates the jeeps I don't think she'll ever want to drive one. My CJ scares her.

This is my wife's 1977 CJ7 Levi edition, she never even came out into the garage to see the progress! Just gave me a "whens it going to be ready?"R)

You are a lucky couple! You have your hands full with that project, lots of quality time in the garage together!

I too like the Dodge in the background, whats the deal?????

    Heres the pic.

This is going to be my wifes project, she will be turning the wrenches on this one, that is if I have the patients to teach herR) .I feel like if she does the work and puts her own blood, sweat, and tears in it she will appreciate it more.
The Dodge is a 1942 1/2 ton WWII ambulance I only paid $300.00 for it, the guy I bought it from thought it was an old work van!Glad he doesn't get paid to think.I try to save every military vehicle I can from the crusher kinda have a soft spot for our historic "TOOLS OF FREEDOM":flag:

Nice Jeep. I have what remains of a 78 levi edition 5 behind my shop - looks like it was the same color originally as yours.

I may still have the seats - which are certainly shot, but would have the levi buttons on them. Sorry, my frame is shot and the only thing remaining ov value is prob a skidplate and dash, which you have.

Good deal on the Jeep! Of course the Carryall caught my eye right away also. I like the GMC with the optional gas tank in the passenger windshield too. That is an extremely rare option.
