$ sink ignorant restoration question of the day

ok, I'm doing my best to piece my 70 CJ back together out of the boxes and bags of parts I removed 2 years ago. a few questions have surfaced that I cannot find answers to:

1. where does the headlight wiring terminal mount on the driver's side front fender? a pic would be very helpful

2. by the passenger side fender there is a wire with a nice plastic terminal with 3 female spade connectors in it (one centered over the other two). it is about where the original voltage regulator should be, need to know what it went or goes to.

Will my '71 have the same stuff??? Mine is a V6 though........

 

not much fun goin on now, just cleaning and rewrapping the wiring harness, waiting for the pollen to stop fallin so I can finish the paint

yeah your's should be the same, mine is a v6. I have confirmed that the wire in question number one is to the regulator.

now onto question number...

3. somewhere I have seen a good clear picture of the rear of the gauge cluster...

i was able to help just a lil bit just this once.....

 

Here is a pic of my light termn on my '70. Original wires from termn to lights, new wires from termn back.
