Did you prime the engine oil system before firing the motor?

I was wondering what the process is to prime it?

I just took a quart of oil and poured it into one of the oil ports on the pump and bolted it to the block.

I finished installing wiring harness today after school. Just need to hook it up to the stuff under the dash. BTW, the original harness will work with the delco 10si alt. swap. I just had to omit the wire bundle that goes from the generator to the voltage reg.

All the lights (including blinkers) are all operational. :D We figured out a different way to rig up the front blinkers. :)

I put the seats back in today with the covers from New Life Canvas. I painted the frames gray. They look really good against the OD green and red. And my dad said I should have an upholstery shop put them on. Pfftt...

The completed engine compartment. That pontiac blue engine sure looks nice against the red. :)

I found that hood rod on a junker hood from a 45 or 46 2A. I actually prefer the looks of that than the hood resting on the windshield frame.

very...very nice job. 2 questions, and I hope I didn't miss it elsewhere in the thread but, tire size? and what happened to the wheels on the 3b?

The wheels are still on the 3B. Its just missing the spare tire and spare tire carrier. ;) The ones this jeep are 700x16's
