Welcome to the world of lathe owners then. A quick-change gearbox is great, lots of chucks is always nice and a steady is lice to have. Some collets and drawbar are a hopeful sign. The turret rather than a tailstock eats into your length but is nice should you want to make several of something. I cant tell from the picture but it looks like you might have a milling attachment, if you don't have a mill one of those can be pretty handy. Just throw out those tool holders and buy a modern toolpost setup though. Even a cheap Aloris knockoff or old KDK will be much stiffer and easier to set up. That stand looks like it might be a liability, You might be able to stiffen up the lathe with a really rigid stand made of steel, I've seen it done somewhat successfully. In any case beg, borrow, or buy a really sensitive machinist's level and make sure you set both ends of the ways really parallel because it will wear the lathe if the bed is twisted in addition to making it harder to make good parts.
