My 5 year old actually noticed it the other day.
Slight chirping sound coming from the crankshaft pulley... Took all belts off to eliminate accessories and he was right... Deff some noise coming from the crank.

Not with the jeep this weekend, first order I think will be to check torque on pulley and crank bolt.. Anybody ever run into this before?

    I don't hear a chirp.
Is it every revolution? (Directly related to the crank)
Or every other revolution? (Cam, top end, exhaust tick...)

ok, this might have been the simplest fix in the history of the world...

All bolts seems to be tight..
hard to check crank bolt with radiator in the way..

checked oil level... was a good quart low...
filled and let it sit over the weekend.. Took the truck out yesterday and noise stopped.
running it today and so far, so good...

Spoke to DamperDr.. (where I got my balancer)

head guy is going to do some head scratching and get back to me..
    took this form their website..

    REBUILT HARMONIC BALANCERS

Rebuilt harmonic balancers have a refundable core value. All rebuilt harmonic balancers are first disassembled and cleaned. The parts are then inspected for defects, including stripped bolt holes and worn or cracked keyways and hubs. Harmonic balancers are then prepared for assembly. Timing marks are set to the factory specification by using a laser aligning process. After the timing marks are set, the harmonic balancers are then injected with a high-temperature, high-strength silicone rubber that is then platinum cured for a extremely strong hold. The new silicone rubber is capable of withstanding temperature in excess of 450 degrees, and will hold up against pressures as high as 770 psi. Rebuilt harmonic balancers carry a 3 year limited warranty
