I really enjoy the pictures... while I can weld OK ( at least as good as the factory) do some minor fab etc. I really dont possess vision and my stuff while serviceable always seems blocky or just utilitarian. I appreciate the " finesse" you and some of the other members possess. Shamelessly I tend to skulk and rip off your ideas. Thanks for sharing.

It's getting passed onto its rightful owner either today or tomorrow. I'm trying to talk him into a build thread on here.
I need the space for my own junk!
    Err... I mean project.

Warloch, feel free to post up your stuff if you want. It's relevant to the topic, and anyone searching will be glad to find it in one thread.

Rich M., steal all you want! Nothing is copyrighted here. I know what you mean about the "vision". The majority of my schooling is in graphic design, but I just never had that creative edge in that field to make my work stand out. It's one thing to be good at drawing, but it's a whole different ballgame to create a composition.

As soon as this thing is out of the shop, the Varg is getting axles under it. :watch: ...if I can find them under the snow.

I had super high hopes of getting some shop time with the jeep over the holiday. Luck wasn't on my side. Two kids barfing and then I got walloped by the flu. Completely missed Christmas. But have enjoyed reading the posts... I did sell the steering, transfer case and original axles though. So at least they are out of the way.

Looked through the files and I don't have any handy. I will be doing bumpers and such on the '49 soon so will make an effort to post them up when I do them.

Frankly - I'm so old I just start 'doing' and don't stop till its done and realize I should have taken pics along the way. My buddy that is trying to learn while I do things gets a bit irritated at times cause I go too fast.

That's my trouble as well. Half the time it's my friends who take the pics and then send them to me. Look at my trailer thread. You guys got my idea for it, then I have it galvanized in the next installment. I know there's stuff in between, but I don't remember to take pics.

Did the owner do a build thread? I'm interested in the rest of the power steering setup.

Make that x 2... great work and it has me wondering about the Bronco/F150 Box on a newer "74" CJ. We happen to have a couple of those Ramsey winches... tempting.

No, he didn't, but there's still hope! He's just now sorting out the pedals, steering column, and the shaft routing.
