I wish them luck with it, but two thoughts...

I think that’s the first time in history where “oil free” and “quiet” have been used in the same sentence.

Looks like something Murphy’s Law would tear apart.

I use quiet compressors for some of the devices I work on. Quiet Air - JUN-AIR
they are over 1800.00 for the small ones. They are almost silent and can be hooked together for larger capacities. Of course the price goes up.

I actually have an oil free Campbell Hausfeld compressor about 19 years old, 110V 3 gallon hot dog tank. You can set it in a room and use it all day long and carry on a conversation with it running 5' away with no trouble. I have to admit I think its the only quiet oil less compressor I have ever seen. Wouldn't sell it for nothing, great for using a nail gun or brad nailer in the house.

    Redundancy or failure points
depending on if you're an optimist or a pessimist

If only we could have silent air tools to go with it!

I have a Jun-air compressor I trade some work for, but I have never used it. I was going to use it for air brushing. I take a picture of it...

I have used the same Thomas Air-Pac for over 30 years . Very Cool. Oil less , Teflon, quiet & light weight. Used it inside homes for years & no complaints from anyone. Mainly for using a nail gun or brad nailer.

Made in Wisconsin, too .:flag: Here's a Pic:

All I know is it is very quiet...

One of my job site compressors...

It is heavy, but runs on 20 AMPs and can supply my texture gun and nailers...

That’s an old jun air. Still good for small jobs like an air brush or a dental drill.
