Installed 11 Inch Drums/ Need Correct Flex Hoses To Finish The Job.

I have the brakes installed on the front axel and am now looking for the right hoses to finish the job. The original flex house are not the right size so I’m looking for the correct ones. Does anyone know the sizes I need and where I can get them from. The brakes are the bending self adjusting type.

 

I’m just going back with everything stock. The original hose will fit one side but are too small for the wheel cylinder. I know someone has done what I did and knows what hose to buy. Thanks for the help.

 

Some front drum brakes use short a short "S" hard line from the wheel cylinder to a bracket where the flex hose then attaches, while other setups run the flex hose straight to the wheel cylinder. With the small end your hose has, that sounds like the type that uses the short "S" bend.

Welcome from Michigan,I got this from Ken B, he just did 11" brakes on his M38. Sunsong 2202956 hydraulic hose Rock Auto, Ken said you don't need the "S" lines with these hoses. Good Luck

 

Really appreciate the part number. I’m going to look it up and see if it will work for me.

 

I had some made up but I can't find the invoice. Maybe 2" longer than stock. I will measure later today.
