For Sale V6 Cj5 Frame

This is a freinds frame he brought back from down south to replace his totaled CJ5 I helped him rebuild. His has the4cyl and right after he hauled this one back he found a 4cyl frame locally. So I believe this is from a 66-71 CJ5. Real nice shape with V6 mounts. $300.00

I didn't realize the frames were engine specific in those years.

 

Engine mounts are obviously different. I'm not aware of other differences but I'm not very familiar with F head CJ's.
This frame would be 66-early 70, before they switched to the rear gas tank.

 

Early F head frames had the battery mount on the right front attached to the frame.

 

I'll be going to Spring Willy's Reunion and can bring it if that helps.

 

I spy a Dual reservoir master cylinder bracket.

 

Good eyes! The price just went up!( just kidding)

 

That eliminates '66.
