The maps are digitally printed on vinyl with solvent inks (I have two digital printers for signage, decals and vehicle wraps in my garage) mounted on MDO plywood panels inset in welded square tubing frame. The entire assembly is designed to fit in the same 'hole' cut by a Wrangler.

Didn’t see your response to this till today. I have paddled the east a bit, I grew up in Michigan and we paddled the Occoee and youghaganay quite a bit. Also my favorite river is the Ottawa and all it’s no g water glory. I agree tele and oc1 go hand in hand. I tele and love it.

The open boat roll is slow to develop but it works for sure. I rolled twice in granite haha. I was on the money line in lava, made it over the first drop and was headed for the giant v and still dry at this point. I hit the v and it broke my 1” webbing thigh strap so over I went running lava upside down in my oc1 hanging onto the thwart. If that webbing hadn’t have broke I feel I was dialed :banghead: and going to get through the v but I guess I’ll never know.

A good friend at work has had about every curve-ball life can muster thrown at them lately. In an attempt to help and give them a little escape, I asked when was a time you felt most happy and relaxed? The response was, "Drunk monkeys in St. Kitts." Huh?

So I did a little research and planning. Who would have thought it possible to bring a little "repair" to life's darkest moments using my hardware drawer and a welder? Really helps if you watch the video first, but the "smile generator" I came up with for on their desk is below...

The tricky part was coming up with a pose that captured both the drink stealing as well as the drunken contentment...

Thanks guys, kinda knew the "generator" was going to work because I found myself laughing the whole time working on it...turned out better than I expected. I liked the part in the video were it says something along the lines of, "Unlike us, the members of the troop who drink the most are the most highly respected." :D

Will it be 100% when you paint the stripes on the side door? Just my opinion, but you need solid stripes on both sides. [IMG]

But heck yeah, it looks like something pre-manufactured that you bought. (y)
