Wiper Motor Ground..?

    I recently picked up a 72 commando and I'm currently going through it trying to get the basics running. The past couple days I've moved on to th wiper motor. Cant seem to get the bugger working. I've pulled the motor and tested it. I've narrowed it down to the ground.. i *think* .. but i cant seem to figure out where exactly it grounds? Is it at the switch? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    In operation it grounds through the switch. For park mode it grounds through a ground strap at the motor.
