Cj5 Drive Train Rebuild Info

    1970 CJ5, V6, dana 18 single lever, T14 and warn overdrive all stock. Been in the family since day 1.
    I will be rebuilding the tranny and transfer case soon.
    I am looking for a Koenig rear pto setup. Was one available for this year? Not sure which model to search for.
    Any suggestions

    Welcome! I just rebuilt two of the same set-ups, one with overdrive. Just post up here if you have any questions. Don't wait too long though, my memory is really good...it is just short :D

    Curious on the D18 how an OD plus pto would work as they both use the same output on the t-case. Unless it is one of the pto's that mounts to the bottom of the case.

    Warn, Husky, and others made an adapter that bolted to the back of the overdrive to allow use of a pto unit.

    Herm the overdrive guy makes that adapter.
