I dont have pics but here are some measurements:

    Springs 2.5" wide
Front perch width - spring bolt to spring bolt - ~27.25"
Rear perch width - spring bolt to spring bolt - ~35"

Frame widens in rear like a 76+

Jrobz23- can you confirm that the passenger side steering knuckle has 2 holes for tie rod ends and the drivers side has only one. I believe one of the questions above was asking if the knuckles were like a mid 70's CJ5 or like and early Willys where each knuckle had only one hole and the attaching tie rod end had a place to hook to the steering box.
    Thanks
    Mike

Thanks, any detailed plans on using the 1 3/4 inch wide springs with this axle?

Not sure anyone has done it yet.

    A couple of additional questions.

#1. Can someone confirm that you could use a jeep Dana 30 knuckles on this axle and the geometry would be correct?

#2. Since most appear to be wanting to up grade top 30 spline axles does anyone know if Roxor would sell the bare axle housing?

    Thanks

    Mike

#1 - No idea if they are identical in size, but IMO this isn't really worth the gain. You're only gaining a few inches in leverage.
    #2 - They do - $435

Jrobz23- Thanks- my question in #1 is that I already have a dana 30 axle with disc brakes and knuckles and a set of super 30 30 spline axles that are the same diameter as dana 44, I would be going to an eaton e locker and 4:56 gears, just looking at options.

Also if you use the pick list and place an order thru your dealer do they just call you when it comes in?

Do you know the length of the inner axle shafts?

I’d call the dealer and get a personal touch point. I’ve dealt with 3 dealerships. Two “UTV” dealerships that are kinda clueless about the Jeep aspect and one really good one that gets it. They know old Jeeps and know the Roxor parts bin will be a hot ticket for old Jeeps guys.

Personally, if you have a setup NT30, dont bother with the Roxor axle unless you’re really wanting some big tires.

I feel the 30 is fine also. My TJ had 35s with an ARB locker and I rock crawled that in California. It's all in how you drive it.

Did you call Shawano? I will say they haven't been very good at ordering Roxor stuff for me, but it's worth it to go through a dealer.

No, Since I'm not too serious about buying one. I was just chatting with their website. . Most likely a bot.

  19. Wish I had something good. I have had the gears changed to 4.88 and a 19 spline ARB installed. It looks great, just waiting on the frame to install.
The guy who did the gears and locker was impressed by its quality.
