16" Wheel Id

I have been looking for wheels for my Willys Truck. I'm just wanting a stockish look, but they need to clear my disc brakes. I came across these. Does anyone have an idea what these are originally from? They are 16" diameter, width not verified yet, and they have three slots in them presumably for hub caps.

They are probably too narrow for the tire I want to run, but I may get them anyway just in case I change my mind on tire size. Thanks.

 

Those slots are for hubcap retaining clips. I have one (maybe 2) of these 16" rims that came on my '60 2WD Delivery. Mine are 5" wide, and creased centers like the ones you linked.
I would like to find enough to make a set, but its not a high priority. These at least give you the option for hubcaps.
I know the Maverick wagons came with hubcaps that used the retaining clips, but I think those came with 15" rims.
I've never known what vehicle originally had these wheels.

Thanks Donny. I suspect these are in that 5" width range also. They are priced fair enough, but a 4 hour round trip drive away, so I'm still on the fence whether to bother or not.
Are there reproduction hub caps available (what size?) or would I have to source those as used?

 

Those are stock standard wheels from a 1956-1963 Willys pick up and yes they are 5” rim width.
Standard 3/4” inset disk and they are a heavy duty 6 gauge @ .162” .
We’re intended for 7.00 x 16” tires.
They will do pretty well with tires up to 7.50 x 16” bias ply or 235/85 x 16 radials.

 

Along the same story line I have five 16" Jeep rims that I am getting ready to sell. I want to be able to identify and answer questions that may come up. None have the crease as shown above.
Three are what I would call a stock 4" wide rim.
One has a tire on it and I don't recall the width. It does have the hole drilled next to a lug hole.

The last one is 5" wide and has some KH stamping as shown in these photos.

Mark, KH wheels are basically composed of 2 parts; the rim and the disc.
The non creased wheel disc = pre 1956.
Generally thereafter all discs were the creased type.
The 5” wide was standard for the early PU , M38 and M38A1.
The 5” wide was the HD option on cj2a, cj3a, cj3b, and cj5 prior to 1963.
All SW were 15”.
