Need Help With A Fastener!

    I believe that's a rivet that acts as the pivot for the parking brake lever. Ron

    Oh I didn’t even think of that! Duhhh!!! Darn I was hoping to take it apart so I can paint it better but oh well

    It's not out of question to grind off the end, then reassemble with a shouldered bolt. Ron
