Well, I got back from our summer vacation from Yellowstone and Grand Tetons and it was beautiful.

I had no problems with the Jeep, which I had towed there. But, I drove the Jeep today and after about 10 miles into the drive, I broke the ball adjusting nut on the clutch linkage. Luckily I was in second gear and was able to limp to within 1/4 mile to my parents house.

My problem is that I can't seem to find a replacement online.
Am I going to have to buy a whole new linkage? Krage has the linkage, but I don't see the part(unless it is labled as something else). If not, does any body have any other sources?

Anthony: You should be looking for part number 998666, If no one has it, you can make one. Go to a good hardware store a purchase an anchor nut with the correct threads to screw onto the cable, then either a bolt and grind the head or a piece of all thread and a lock nut threaded on backwards. This will fit into the clutch fork. (Remember this is a fine thread). Good Luck!! Glenn

Anthony, jeepngem is right on! You're correct, it's labeled as "something else". Go back HERE and look under clutch linkage and find:
I hope this is what you were referring to. You can always ask Krage about your application and expect great tech support. I've had good success with that particular part, 'cept I had to grind a small bit of the neck down to fit the fork I was using. (maybe a similar situation is why yours broke?) Good luck!
