just read your entire build, pretty awesome and i got mad respect for ya. also have to thank you, now i dont feel ripped off for buying my jeep (1965 cj5) for $1400, about the same amount of work into mine. except mine isnt running driving yet. those darn cracks in the block sure ruin your day! (just bought a new to me engine). mine isnt going to look as good as yours though. KUDOS!

it was great to observe your learning curve-- I went through the same thing when I got mine. That was over 23 years ago, i was in high-school, and this forum wasn't around then. I know your frustration!
