Side spare tire marker light solutions?

Hey all, first time posting here but have been reading for a few months. I was wondering if anyone has come up with alternate solutions to the elusive side marker light that goes on the outside of the side mounted spare tire carrier? I am going to post a wanted ad on the classifieds, but was wondering if anyone had found any readily available lights that work as a replacement? This is of course assuming I don't go with a custom fender/tire carrier on the back. Hoping not to do that... Thanks!
