    Nice.

    Idea...What about welding a captive nut to the tube between it and the shock? It seems it would make removing the shock bolt and nut a little easier.

    Just an idea.

    Howard, you made me laugh with your post. Non-the-less you forget, both Willys MB and the Ford GPW have an offset radiator although not to the degree of ITLKSEZ has. :lol:

    That radiator doesn't look like your new aluminum one. Is that just a stand-in so your new one doesn't get all dinged up?

    Could the big slot in the template be for a belt to power your AC compressor on-board air?

    Yes, that’s the stock Honda stand-in. I’ve done enough damage to the aluminum one.

    The York compressor will run backwards and the alternator will run forward, with their pulleys nearly face-to-face. The big opening in the plate is for the belts.

    I’m off to the steel shop for a big chunk of 1/4” plate.
