These are for the needle bearing side of the spindle but not the needle bearing seal, the seal outside of that! Has anyone had issues with the spindle outer seals, these are the only seals I could find for this spindle, and they fit really tight and pucker in when pressed, unreal, cannot understand why, they press in but barely, like they are literally a hair too big!

Had the same issue with seals purchased from Rock Auto. Re used my old seals.

Commonly referred to as wheel bearing seals or wheel hub seals. They are an interference fit so can be a little hard to get installed. A good driver makes it a lot easier. They just go in flush with the back of the hub. Make sure there are no burrs in the bore and a slight chamfer in the outer edge of the bore can make things much easier.

I thought of removing a little of the red paint on them too, not sure if that’s a good idea or not?

That red paint is actually the sealer. I wouldn't remove it but that's me.
