    A couple of points-

Anything yo put in there that doesn't breath will trap moisture & cause you floors to rust.

@ 3mm don't expect much if any sound deadening & don't expect it to stay in place if you have an open top.

What are you asking? I made "mats" of a sort for my J20 using the floor pads from Harbor Freight and some rubber runner, similar to what you linked.

Comfy, and keeps my feet cool.

There are also the horse stall mats available at Tractor Supply. These are made from reclaimed rubber and heavy, about 1/2" thick. They would be effective at sound deadening, I'd think.

Depends on your climate and how the Jeep is stored. I had 2 layers of jute padding and carpeting in my Jeeps when I lived in California. No issues. For my J20, this is an Arizona truck that had water pouring in from the sun-rotted window seals, and the shockingly poor cab sealing from Jeep. The floors had holes from water pooling on the floor. I fixed the floor and coated it thoroughly with Aluthane. I am not concerned about the floor rusting. Bottom of the doors, yes; cab floor, no.

I am looking for something to put on the floors of my Jeepster project. I searched some around the web and didn't come up with much. Just looking for an universal cut to fit product made for autos.

If I wanted something roughly the shape of the floor, I would start my search with the rubber floor mats that came original equipment in the 40s-50s-60s popular pickups, sp. Ford and Chevy. These will be molded to the floor profile and you could trim them to fit. Looking online for a few minutes, I would not buy any of these $100+ mats without seeing them in person. Maybe you can find someplace nearby that handles Ford or Chevy restoration parts.

These won't deaden sound much; typically they came with sections of jute padding under them, which you could add to and deaden heat and sound. Be aware that jute soaks up water, so not good if you get the floor wet.
