I've got a couple clutch packs out here, and maybe some from V6 T90 setups, but I'd have to look. I don't remember the diameter of the J input shaft and count off hand.

edit: PPlate should cross if memory serves - I know I have a couple of those in the parts crate in the shed. Let me know if you want to bomb out and see.

The T18 is a worth while swap, but it is a winter item and I can show you how I did mine too.

This is a long weekend project get after it. Cobra transmission order the Ford T18 input, retainer and throw out bearing. Order the extended pilot bushing and seal from AA for the adapter. The clutch fork needs the flap disk touch up for the Ford throwout.
Replace your clutch, get the adapter on the bellhousing. Rebuild the tcase using the kit from Summit or Rock (Usa standard gear)( dont you need to move the guts to a large bore case?) Get the T18 and Tcase bolted up to the bell and jack it up. Crawl under with your cell phone, tape and angle finder. Call Tom Woods driveshafts at your door in 4 days. Minimal crossmember mods ( I'll send u pictures of mine I'm on an Ecj5 frame)

That adapter plate I got from you came with a retainer, which I'm assuming fits a GM bearing (need to check that).
I have a large bore tcase (the original one from my Jeep) but it needs gone through and I'll convert it to twin stick and install the roller bearing intermediate gear and Warn OD from my current case.
I have a good drive shaft shop here in town, I'll get rid of the tiny front driveshaft while I'm at it.

Right, beyond the 134 engines most all Jeep main drive gears are 1-1/8 or same as GM.

But all Ford T18’s and all Jeep wide ratio T18’x after 1976 have 1-1/16” maindrives.

Note: If you still have a D27 front end, you need a special yoke for 1310 U-joints. The D27 and only the D27 has a longer depth between the back of the yoke and the nut surface. A standard D25/D30/D44 yoke will not tighten the pinion bearings. When I did mine earlier this year, the only place I found a yoke online was here:
Not cheap, but available. It's possible someone like Boston Bob has some from parting out late 60's vintage 4 cylinder Jeeps.

    Excellent information.
The 27 yoke that accepts the 1310 (larger) u-joint can also be sourced from IH Scout 80’s front and rear and 800’s front 27’s. Years ago I posted the 27 yoke and 30 yoke side by side to show the depth difference. Might still be around somewhere I. The way back machine.

    Yes Wheelie Dave.
Not sure if a guy can locate that same Borg Warner driven disk or not.
The two I found were NOS.
I was probably looking for a couple OEM Borg Beck’s when I found two new Borg Warners for dirt cheap.
A guy might be able to cross that 374180 part number.
Bottom line is the Dauntless with wide ratio T18 will need a 1-1/16” disk at 10.4” to 10.5” diameter.
