Playing with the clutch pedal earlier making vroom vroom noises, noticed the holes in the clutch bellcrank tabs are all wallowed out.

    Where to stop?!?

Did you make inline 4 cyl, V6 or V8 vroom vroom noises?

Taking it to work tomorrow to clean up and see if I can push that pin out. Be easy to make another pin if I can

Spent a little bit drawing some parts today. Did the cutoff wheel parts and this.
Managed to get on the lathe. Just need to drill the hole for the cotter pin and then press it in on Monday. Test fit before and it fits the pushrod very nicely.

Some progress today. Had to jack the right front body corner up to get the fender and grill to line up.

I need to make the bracket for the alternator, and finish the clutch and brake pedal on Monday. Need to get a new battery too. I stole the plow jeeps battery for our liberty. It was cranking slow. Ended up being a bad cell so it won't take a charge now.
Once I get the pedals fixed I'll button the inside back up and get the floor panels, gas tank and seat reinstalled.

Think my wife found a good name for the plow jeep. She's been calling it the mouse trap since I pulled it in the garage:D

    Heim joints eliminate that wear.

Yea, I did that on the other jeep before I did the AA chain linkage. Think I even have one of the rods around somewhere. Right now it's, get it back up and running and go from there.

I'll post my drawing if it helps anyone.
I machined the post that presses into the pedal to .392 but it was a slip fit. Ended up knurling it and it pressed in but I would bump it up to .393 or try .394

This was for a F-head and dual cylinder master cylinder. Might be the same for the v6, but I haven't checked yet.
