Ok I'll thrown one in here!

A few years ago, one of my buddies and I were on the floor under my old Jeep, and I had a torque wrench in hand to check the spring u-bolts.

I pulling on that wrench, waiting for the click, when the socket slipped off the nut and hit my right cheek, just below my eye, with the thing!

Buddy was laughing like crazy, but I sure as heck wasn't. No broken face, but I had a nice shiner for all my effort.

    Be careful out there!

Another story for ya, again it wasn't me. This time it was my neighbor, Josh. Several years ago when they had just invented those shocking sticks/prods for livestock. We were helping another neighbor load cows into a stock trailer. We had all the cows lined up at the ramp to load when Josh came by. Josh said I got one of them new shocking sticks if youall need any help. We opened the ramp and trailer gates and the cows just started marching, loading right up into the trailer unprovoked just as if they were ready to ride. All cows were in, as the last one was passing thru the trailer door, with no opportunity or need for the shock stick Josh was just watching, He stood it as long as he could wanting to try his shock stick, had to punch her on the back hip with it. Well the cow just stopped and raised her tail and thin soupy crap sprayed directly into Joshes face! :censored::censored::censored:, We had to hold him down and wash the crap out of his eyes with the water hose.:rofl::rofl::rofl:.

We this time it's me. It an't funny this time either. Last night after dark I have an old cargo trailer for storage down in the woods with wooden steps up to the floor level, about 4 feet high. As I stepped out of the trailer on to the top step carrying some boards and my flashlite my boot lace hung on something and off I went from 4 feet high into a big pile of garden cleanup rocks off to the side. Left hand is black and blue swelled up like a softball, (typing with one finger this morning) big bump bruises on my arms, back, and left shoulder, big cut on my left thumb. Thought I was killed, scared Mrs. Fogie when she found me hopping toward the house. See I told you it wasn't funny.

The first really stupid thing I did was learning that one can only pickup so much weight without straining your back. Took me many years before it quit bothering me.

Something kinda similar when I bought my Commando. I bought it in far western Colorado, so I borrowed my dad's pickup and got a flatbed trailer to bring it home. 500 mile, 9 hour round trip over several major mountain passes and windy roads witn big drop offs. Only when we got home did I notice the trailer ball...
