Anyone know the O.D and I.D. for front and rear driveshafts?
Any changes in diameter or yokes from 4cyl to V6 from the factory?
I am not near my driveshafts to measure them myself but would like to get some material on order.
    Thanks!

The 4cly had 2" od with 1310 yokes front and back. The v6 had same for the rear but the front was different. it was 1 1/4" with smaller yokes. Cant remember the wall thickness of the tubing but the factory used some pretty thin tubing.

I just ordered new from Adam's for mine after the SW420 swap. I have two good shafts for a T14 V6. The front has about 200 miles on it. Like stated above, the front is 1 1/4" and the back is 2". I converted the front to the 1310s. It had some tiny ujoints I couldn't find so I got yokes and swapped it

I am going through the same deal as you.
I did a Ford Tremec 3 speed plus overdrive swap and of course the length changed.

How did you adapt the transfer case to this trans?
