I made a video showing the what happens when the locker is switched on.
You can see in the video the ramp pushing the pin in to lock the differential.
Going from forward to reverse takes 1/2 a turn on the yoke.

Finished building the axle this weekend
The brake set up is from R&P 4WD. The stack up for the full float is the same as my flanged D44. Hub or Flange, Brake Rotor, Wheel (or in my case wheel spacer)
I like being able to remove the rotor without having to press out studs.
I had to move the caliper .050" outward so the fixed pad would not rub, so I took a little off of the brake bracket. If I had know before I had the spindles made, JPET could have made the adjustment on the spindle moving the hub towards the center.

The diameters near the flange of the Moser axles matched up better with the spindle ID vs the Dutchman axles.
The only draw back on the Moser axles was the flanges are made for a larger diameter flange and bolt circle and they add a dish on the inside for spindle clearance.
The dish goes thru the ΓΈ3.435 bolt circle on the Dana 30 hubs.

I took .040" off the inside of the flange to create a flat sealing surface.

The Moser team was easy to work with and lead time was less than a week after I placed my order.

On the HITR trip last fall, I came off of some rocks a little to fast and landed on the shackle bending the spring about 3" from the shackle.
I'm currently running Softride springs, but have a set of BDS springs waiting on my "65 project. I like the military wrap so I will be swapping these over when I install the axle.

The last part of this project that I am not sure of is the E-Brake. I'm currently running the transfer case E-Brake, but after HITR I think I may want to switch to a Wilwood setup like Duffer is using. Thanks for the inspiration James :D
I'd like to get the Jeep rolling again so the E-Brake may be another project after I have collected the necessary parts.
