Hi. I'm installing a dual res master cylinder on the CJ chassis and I do not know how long to make the plunger rod so that the brake pedal arm will not hit the floor. Does anyone know the ~ angle the brake pedal arm should be in relation to the chassis? I realize the pedal arm is upside down in the pic.

    Thanks AJ

Isn't it usally something in between 6:1 and 7:1 for the pedal travel ratio? I guess that would depend on how long your pedal is. Who knows, maybe I am not answering your question at all... :)

Is your hydraulic system pressurized and bled yet? If not, pedal travel will be much farther than normal.
