Any recommendations on a clutch kit for a 360? I'm not far from having my 360 ready to install in my '73 CJ5 and am about ready to buy the clutch & pressure plate. I'm sure the Centerforce are good but are they worth the money? Any suggestions appreciated.

I chose a Hays Super truck.
I picked it because the stock clutch between the 360 and the stock T15 got fried and distroyed the flywheel and pilot bearing by the PO. The combination of power and low gears likely led to lots of clutch slipping on the trails.
The Centerforce clutch needs RPM to realy work its best (which is fine if you are drag racing or even driving on the street). On the trail, however, rpm is low and with my new SM465 I hope to not have to slip the clutch ever!
I should have it in by next weekend. I'll let you know how it works.

I have a LUK clutch in the garage waiting to be installed. I had heard they are a decent clutch and it was cheap on Ebay.

Well I went with a stock clutch from NAPA. It works well on road but slips off road. I have the t-15 and I notice the slipping in high range off road. Not to bad in low range. I wish I would have gone with a heavy duty performance type.

Thanks for the input guys. The Hays is sounding like a pretty good option. The 360 I'm putting together should approach 300 hp and I don't want to have a clutch that can't handle it. That's a good looking '73 by the way.
