Hey all. Getting time to get some wheels/tires. I've been reading the forums and everyone likes 33x12.5x15 tires with 15x8 wheels. I'm probably going to be BFG mud's and some cheap steel wheels. Anyone have suggestions on where to purchase? And how much rubbing should I expect with these? Should I go with 33x10.5x15 instead?

If you have 4 inches of lift, I think rubbing would be a non issue.

I have 2.5 inches of lift and 33X12.5

I have a 73 with manual steering so I'm going with 32x9.50 swampers on 15x7 steel Cragar white spokes (~$40 each after shipping from Quadratec). I have to believe the 9.50 tire will turn easier at slow speeds because the contact patch is much less than an 11.50, but I can't say how different it will feel. And I think skinny tires look good on old Jeeps.

I recently bought 31x9.5x15 Super Swamper TSLs. I also like the skinny tire look.:)

    If I get 33x10.5 should I get 15x8 or 15x7 wheels?
