I've got to instal a dropped Pitman Arm and I'm have one heck of a time getting the old one off. I've got the Pitman Arm puller, used tons of PB Blaster and tried heat. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

You've tried rapping on it w/ a hammer? Some glancing blows may help.

With the puller in place and tension on the arm you may also use a blunt cold chisel and rap it with the hammer...combination of the 2 should break it free

    Be Patient!

Mine wouldn't budge. I sprayed it w/ PB Blaster and tried through the day. Ran out of time so I sprayed it a couple of times throughout the week . . .
Next weekend it almost fell off! :)

Yup some good blows with a hammer will do it. I broke a puller on my TJ white I was adding the 4" lift and got a second puller tried it again with the impact wrench until it stopped. I kept trying using a large ratchet with a bar for leverage and no good. I got mad and gave it 2 good blows with my hammer and off it went.
