picture of t-98 floor pans in part manual

    I suppose I have too much time on my hands....

    I was looking up a part in the parts manual and lo and behold, in section 31 of the parts manual there is a picture of the interior of a cj5 and the picture is a good shot of the floor pan of the four speed t-98 application.

    You can see the near vertical twin stick levers and how they are set aft of where they normally are. You can also see the decal showing the shift pattern of the t-98 on the dash.

    so I checked all my cj5 part manuals and found that this picture appears only in the 1962 - 1967 manuals. In the 59 and 71 manuals the same picture is there, but it is of the three speed application.

    If you go looking for it it is a picture, not a drawing and it is in section 31.

    Armed with this information and $1.05 you can get a large decaf coffee at McDonalds. Without this information the coffee will cost you a buck plus a nickel.

    id enjoy seeing some pics, i put my t-18 in recently but havnt built a floor yet :D , id be interested to see what others have done.

    Just try to post the pics, I have an sm420 I'm going to install this next year and some floor pics might help me figure out what I need to do to mine.
