Buy a plasma cutter and go at it.
More than likely it was a cost thing or the vendor changed either one works fine.
Coat with fluid film last makes kinda a mess but creeps into every nook and cranny without direct weather contact the film lasts a long time.
No foam. Speaking as a bodyman. Everything I have seen with foam in it has rust issues most new cars are full of that flammable stuff. fluid film.
Famous last words. When I did mine I ran into an issue with driven disk to bearing snout clearance. Had to trim the retainer a little.
I haven’t had either plug in mine in years brakes get changed yearly I clean inside then.
The rear inner seals are out at the wheel bearing end no need to pull the ring gear. Pull the seals and clean the tube.

the bearing and race are junk, the inner seal lives just behind the pitted race and should be replaced too. clean the tubes out before installing...
is a boat mount want a few? got two sets hanging around here somewhere... that's why the exhaust and intake are gone they are a dead giveaway as...

with a torque wrench...…. seriously I doubt the slight adding of torque will mess the intake up,at least it never has to me.
