Totally agree here, but don't get me started on the latest Mustang to hit the road! (looks like a Kia station wagon :poo:)
Well, can't upload the video, file too large, but after a bunch of attempts, and after sitting for 4 years, got the engine to fire...
All the time :D, did do something however, just didn't feel like towing the jeep to a muffler shop, so picked up a couple of headman reducers,...
I have the same mounts, still have the paperwork on the jack, as the Jeep is still in a non-running state :( [ATTACH]
Funny, I'm in the process of building one very similar to yours as well, looks good.
It's really hard to think about dropping 3K for a new one, good luck finding a used one. Smittybuilt on the front of mine for now.

Channeled my inner ITLKSEZ and sew'd up a new shift boot. PO upgraded to 231, and trans wasn't centered in the shifter opening, OEM style rubber...
Update: Have had these since 2020, and finally got them installed, look awesome! P.O. had body armor everywhere, didn't want to spend time...

Also just found Focker's excellent descriptive post, must research first, I've always been one of those I don't need instructions sorts
Thanks for the info all, brakes aren't my thing (note the mis-spelling of brake and disk :worry:), so have very little background. i'll dig a bit...
Has anyone used the Jeepsterman disc upgrade kit?...
Yea, but it's 3 years of pure joy and fun
