Powerlock?

    The ring of bolts that hold the two halves of the carrier together what should they b torqued to?

    35-45 lb/ft.

    This spec is for a Dana 27. Not sure what you are working on. You may want to search further if you are working on something else.

    Edit: I just looked in a FSM and there is, in this particular manual, no listing or specs for the Powr-Lok in the front axle section. The rear axle section DOES have a service section for the Power-Lok and shows the above mentioned torque specs.

    Suggest you glance at the posted thread below for additional info.

    A second thank you Dave for the link some real helpful info in that. I’ll give it a try in the morning at putting this thing back together one of the bolts was broken off so had to take it apart to get the broken piece out and find a new bolt
