Well, it's kind of late to be thinking other colors, but I may add accent colors along the way. Still haven't sourced fender flares to "edge" the fender and break up the green a tad.
    today:
*wrapped up welding the exhaust hangars into place
    * installed a stupid little bracket for the parking brake
    * ordered a steering wheel(should have ordered it sooner) Need it to set steering column
    * order steering u-joints
    other:
    * cleaned up the shop, blew it out, grand kids on the way for the weekend, pool is clean and ready~ school starts next week, so need to make memories; they're at fun ages of 8 and 14;)
    * worked on the weight room to start pumping iron (stationary bike and eliptical were no fun), free weights are pretty pricey these days~ eek!

I wasn't asking you to change color. I asked if you had considered white.

Here in Commiefornia, people used to be offing their workout equipment on Craigslist all the time. You might want to check CL & FB before buying new.

If you approach workouts like you do garage builds, I'll expect to see you on the cover of Fitness magazine soon.

Nothing much to report , other than I went ahead pulled a vacuum (I personally didn't pull the vacuum ) which held, then charged the system with 134a. I just ordered almost a 1000bucks worth of parts(hard top glass, seals, and a few other things). The AC hoses which came with the Bronco package were useless~ I had to re-do all of them for a personalized fit;)

The prices for the parts isn't too terrible, but shipping was 199.oo :(, but beats driving to the place to get it!
Black Rubber Rear Floor Undermat - OE Style $149.95 1 $149.95(fits the ridges of the bed floor)

I had seen those Mike~ It's amazing a person would pay 250,000! Yes, they are incredibly nice(understatement), but there are many people with a lot of money and willing to pay the price. However, I do enjoy the journey of what I'm able to accomplish and can say "I did that". When first looking at early Bronco's, I was amazed at the price tags for like what I bought, and what's out there completed/semi-completed. I now know why they cost so much after spending several thousand on parts myself, not to mention the shipping of parts, however, labor is cheap

Well, I saw no reason not to move the Bronco into the air conditioned area;) I used my tractor to pull it while my brother steered. It was fixin to rain, so I was kind of frantic

Then when I thought I was finished for the day, a shipment came in of the hard top glass!

I had enough energy to install the lift gate glass, Gary helped and I needed help to do that;)

Other: bled the brakes, installed the power steering pump~ getting closer

At this pace, 2 more days until it's finished now that you're in the AC shop!

Well, the Bronco is on hold until I sell my '68. I've been taking care of things I should have a ways back. You know how it is, I'll get to it sooner or later? kind of thinking? It's piddly stuff, but time consuming. There's a few drops of oil/90wt whatever that I've been looking for~ very frustrating. Nothing large in scope of a leak or leaks; I just don't like to see leaks or a drop or two of whatever fluid, especially when selling. Also will be putting the Ford tractor up for sale~ just never use it; it was a project~ and wouldn't you know it, the larger than life battery decided to die!, but got a new battery installed. So, there are some things I need to fix on it as well~ I'm a fleet mechanic these days , always something to fix, re-fix.

    Bronco:
However, I did install the front bumper just to get it out of the way, make floor space~ looks rather neat! I may put on some flood light as there are brackets for "something".

Next on the Bronco: unbolt the hard top (all the bolts), lift the front of it just high enough to lower the windshield frame down. I forgot to install a seal which goes between the piano hinge and windshield frame, just a pesky task, 30 minute job I guess. I'm not installing the side glass in the hard top until it's bolted back down, wouldn't want to tweak the glass!!

Humidity is way high~ me no likey humidity :madwife:, always something to complain about

Bummed you're selling your Jeep, and that your brother doesn't have his anymore either. Does that mean you'll be leaving the forum? We'd hate to have you go, and you're welcome here even "CJ5-less".

Ok, while waiting for parts for other things, I went ahead and finished on the side glass of the hard top~ just a few minor cuss words, like Darn, crap, heckfire, etc. ;)

I did have to re-raise the hard top, meaning, remove all the screws, bolts, to lift it high enough to install a seal that I had forgotten about~ grrr

a thin rubber seal goes the entire length of this channel, I guess keep water from coming through piano hinge.

Gary has a friend coming in for a Geology thing downtown, so we'll be entertained with them and that~ guess I'll have to find something nice to wear for a change;)
