Gas Can Bracket

I had this gas can holder fabbed up for me out of some 1/4 inch steel plate. Hit it with some black paint and mounted it to the drawbar on my ‘56 CJ5. I didn’t want to drill into the original body anywhere and I didn’t want to put on a repro M38 tailgate because the body isn’t reinforced on the ‘5’ where you’d bolt the tailgate shut like it is on an M38. This way I can also remove the mount as desired with little hassle.
