Dne, are you set on a car as your next project? I've never been into muscle cars, and pretty much every one I've seen feels, "meh" to me.

I'd love to see you do something cool and oddball like an international crew cab pickup, or maybe a COE car hauler truck or something (you could use it to drive your other cars to shows!)

They are there but they don't come out of the garage. I remember driving in residential areas on the weekend. Garage doors open and could not
believe how many projects I saw. Late 70's.

It's under a tarp right now, but when the weather gets better I'll snap one.

I know you're not looking to travel, but there is a pretty unique about 1 ton cab over tall boy from the 40/50's for sale in a field here. I'll snap a pic next time I drive by it.

Kind of a neat idea regarding a "car transport" vehicle, but I can hear Gary now~ Just like to make something for him to drive. I couldn't find a '68 Camaro(which I'd rather not do a camaro), then the Bronco is a little finicky when driving, so I drive it, the '67 has a clutch and some people were not meant to drive a standard shift, Then the same with the TR6, standard clutch, so it's back to a drivable car~ with an automatic and the cars I've learned to like as you well know, the LIst: 67-69 Barracuda, the 63-64 Dart, darn, I forget the other one.

    *******************************************************************************************************************
Kind of funny, the place that I found that Dodge dart is a Bring your own Tools kind of place, not at all what I thought. They're quite impersonal on the phone. When I read the "rules" ,no jacks for starters. So how the heck would that work! the car is on the ground, literally. I'm pretty sure the price reflects a pretty much car in bad shape, but I don't know, The fella said they are short staffed, so I doubt I would receive any additional pictures.

I know you guys are probably thinking I'm being picky, and I am, cause when I get whatever, it's the next 1-2 years of my life devoted to a pile of scrap! lol Sadly, I can't convince Gary of the dared Studebaker Hawk, just around the corner from us! grrrr

They are popular with the Bonneville crowd. Especially the slope-nosed ones:

They do say in their FAQs section, "Yes! All vehicles are set up securely on wheel stands and easily accessible to all of the parts you need."

Maybe for parts, what about the whole car? The car in question is pretty much on the ground. It’s been there for quite a while, I don’t think it’s going anywhere anytime soon, if it does I won’t cry;)

Consider it an adventure. This will be just the beginning of a new one. The car looks like dust not rust. Four speed to boot.
