While waiting for my next project car, I have other things going on. I've had this Systematics mp 175 welder for a very long time and it pretty old when I got it. I believe it's an early '90s machine eventually Snap-on tools put it in their line up.

I wasn't able to elevate many things during Harvey, just figured I'd have to be replacing things. Many things were under water for 2 weeks before the waters subsided. The welder and other things sat in a warehouse for almost year before getting to them.

I had just finished restoring my moms 26hp lawntractor, and luckily I save my AC recycling machine by putting up as high as I could by my crane! The water did get 6' in my garage:(

After replacing a few things, the welder was working fine~ I did recently replace the main lead, and other things and just incredible!

I really don't want to buy a new millermatic, would like to, but I'm kind of bound to my Systematics machine!

At least it looks newer and I'll be happy with it for some time!

My first welder is from Northern tools and it too was under water. I just now got it back working, so now I have two complete working machines! My plasma cutter is fine too!

So my dear friends, that's another story I can share! ;)

Man you have some patience.. Looks great. I've only been flooded once in east TN my shop flooded but fortunately the only thing that really got water damaged was my 72 Hornet.

Good job. Texas can get some serious floods. Now if only you could find that Pinto or Cosworth Vega to restore.:)
