Have you got an automotive glass shop near you? If you need the glass too that might be your best bet. They should have the rubber and glass.

Yeah, I've checked with my two glass guys, no luck. We do have the glass
    just no seals.

    Thanks,
    Jim

Restoration Specialties & Supply, Inc. Might try these guys. I think AS1475-WS might be what you need. Don't just take my word for it though, definitely measure glass and metal thickness.

I have that hardtop and got the seal material from Steele Rubber. You have to buy the seal extrusion and the locking strip.

Steele part numbers 70-0587-99, and the locking strip 60-0607-99.
I bought 23 feet of each.
You can go online to the Steele Rubber website and look at the extrusions.

Whoever cut mine at Steele gave me exactly enough of the locking strip and four extra feet of the seal.
I took it down to the glass shop and had the fellow install the windows. Took about one hour. If you have a suction cup tool and a helper you could probably do it yourself.

You have the Willlys top on yours. Mine is a Koenig. Most any auto glass shop should be able to find you some seals, or show you a catalog of shapes.
