I need to part with my CJ5 project that has been sitting for years untouched. Located in Michigan 1 hour North of Detroit. $600

It flat tows fine, I wouldn't recommend going to far because I dont know if front alignment will chew up the tires. I towed it from Detroit and it looked like there was some tire scuff.

Michigan Title matches dash decal (pics soon)
V6 Model without engine / trans

    Best top unknown age
    Tow Bar

how do I add un hosted pics? I am still getting use to new site

    1970 CJ5 had 3 different axle ratio's to include 3.73, 4.88 & I don't recall what the 3rd one is.

Maybe James but, it would probably be one of the very first if does have it. I think the flanged units were a mid year 1970 change. Maybe worth asking but, I kinda doubt it has one.

Wheelie - you are probably right. My Jan 1970 production came with flanged offest 44. And I also think jeep may have had some overlap where both were being produced. I got lucky when i bought mine - i wasn't aware of the improved axle but i'll take it.

I'm really interested in this. Did you buy it with the motor and trans? And does it still have the transfer case or is that gone as well?
    Pm sent
    Thanks,
    Chris
