I have noticed very few lockers for the older corse spline D44 .

Most lockers/spools availible are for the newer fine splined 44's .

I have a '62 M38A1 and was curious if I could take a minispool for the newer (30?) splined axle and fit it into my stock differential ?

I plan on welding the rear end and running the stock (19?) splined axles till they break and then upgrading .

Which of the two would be a stronger axle ? The aftermarket corse splined or an aftermarket fine splined ?

    8) Hey why don't you check out Richmond Gear on the net.

Look for the lockright or powertrax link on the left, they carry 10 or 19 spline lockers for your 44. I have one, bought it for just short of two hundred smackers. If you search you can find'em. :hurrican:
