While investigating another new noise under the 1974 CJ5 on a trip to Matomi Canyon near San Felipe I found a broken "hanger", which I believe is called a "torque insulator" for the T-18 transmission. I never noticed any operational problems and the break appears to be quite old, probably pre-dating when I acquired the jeep. The broken part appears to be pretty simple, just a strap of angle with holes in it. But the broken parts are out of alignment, both front to rear and side to side. Is this part commonly available? It looks like it would be easy to fabricate.

The torque arm you show looks like it could be on the side of the T-case..

I would just repair it. Looks like 18.190-1 (should be 1) PN 942635 is broken. Someone with a press brake and drill press could easily make a new one. This part was revised for 1975 to PN 5354333, I'd guess to make it stronger. Just use a little thicker steel for the replacement and it will be a lot stronger.

With the misalignment, I would suspect that your other mounts are worn out too. The drive train will shift if the engine mounts and transmission mount are worn out. I would replace them all.
