Buy Or Rebuild 134 Starter

    Done with the Toyota route. From experience can yall please share. Do I rebuild , or have it rebuilt?
    Or buy new?

    Which engine do you have? I assume an F-head 134 due to the mention of a Toyota starter.

    Those starters are not exactly easy to rebuild, but if you can find a shop that can do it I would go that route.

    A good quality full rebuild will be like magic.

    But if it only needs cleaning and brushes and a lubing, you may be fine doing that. Jeep f-head starters have generally been very trouble-free in my experience.
