Can A Rear Pto Hub Be "straightened"?

What do you plan on using it with, the drum and PTO speed is approx 640 rpm if I recall,

 

I have seen the rear drum pulley and drive sell for $$$ depending on condition

 

That "V" tread tire is one I have never seen. Not a re-tread? I learned something new today!

I like the wood splitter idea. Looks like the dude is splitting cedar???? I'd like to see some oak in that contraption.

 

I know a guy here in town lost a finger in one of those splitters.
